*  There is expectation that the real estate market is showing signs of recovery.  However, be selective about such generalized news.  The fact is that most of the new activity is from investors who are cashing in on buying foreclosed properties and reselling them at below market discounts!
*  Universal Health Care is long over due!  The USA is the only "Major" Country in the World that does not have it!  Who benefits from Citizens of the USA not having Universal Health Care!?  Follow the Money!  Politicians & Insurance Companies need to be reminded of what makes it possible for them to live so well, it is us the Citizens of the USA!  We deserve the best of the best!  In the big picture, it will mean more productivity from healthy people and lower costs for major illnesses!
Any system or so called solution that encourages Politicians, Insurance Companies, Wall Street or any other industry to "take advantage of our own people to satisfy the insatiable Greed," can not be allowed to stand.  We have seen clear evidence that, GREED IS NOT GOOD!
We can do better!  We can structure a system where Wealth is accumulated from the benefit we can provide to the Human Condition!  It is time for a paradigm shift that is based on a simple teaching that was given to Human Kind over 2000 years ago, "Do Unto Others As You Would Have Them Do unto You!"  The Politicians have the best Health Care Plans in the USA.  If they followed the "Golden Rule," we would all have Universal Health Care like the one that they enjoy!  Isn't it about time we stop the lies and start with The Truth!  I mean the real Truth that we are our Sisters' & Brothers' Keepers!

New to Twitter - and Hooked

Can an affiliate marketer, in 140 characters or less entice a reader to check out their product or service? One day, just out of curiosity, I went to the Twitter website. Nothing fancy here. Seemed simple enough. I registered. As part of the process a list of my contacts from my Yahoo list who are on Twitter was presented. Nice feature. I decided to "follow" most of them. Then, the unexpected happened.


I started getting email notices of people who elected to follow ME. Wow! I had built a very basic entry. Not much in the Twitter profile. Just a couple of my areas of interest. Did not put in my blog address. Yet somehow I popped up on the radar. And I was thoroughly impressed with who opted in to follow me. Some had their own huge following of thousands, even tens of thousands. They had very professional sites. The kind of people that I would want to follow. So I opted in to follow them.

Then came the TWEETGLIDE. Oh man, a new app for organizing my tweets and a way to market to others for free. Add to that a promo where they pay for the best site reviews... An affiliate friendly site. Wonderful! When I read the Terms of Use for Craigslist I was disheartened at their banning people selling affiliate products. Weird! Whether it is my personal belonging in my house that I'm selling or an item that is provided by a dropshipper, what difference does it make? Either way, the consumer is buying what they want.

I like Twitter and will continue to use it to not only build my affiliate business and network of professional contacts. I will use it to build my knowledge in various niches in short, "bite size" portions.

Thus far I have only posted my coyote fur and leather coat eBay auction. Next will be Clickbank products. Stay tuned.
